- LTLuke ThomasMay 10, 20261.0This is the most incompetent post office/business. The most unprofessional and unreliable service you can imagine. They locked me out of my PO Box, saying that the account was closed. I never received an invoice or slip that they are supposed to place in a box when it’s renewal time. Last year when I received it, I brought the slip immediately to the front counter and they wouldn’t let me pay because they said it was too soon. Now, I didn’t get a slip and I can’t get my business income checks. They told me it’s been closed for over a month. However, I get my checks every week and have not had an issue until now. The man at the front counter said I was lucky that I had been receiving anything since the PO Box have been locked out of the system. I asked to speak to the manager. He said that she left for the day because she was finished. It was 2 o’clock in the afternoon! No customer service whatsoever.

- RHRebecca HicksApr 28, 20262.0Wow the post office is taking a nose dive. Wait and wait in line. 3 people in front of me left with not getting help. Trying to track their mail and trying to pick up their mail on hold. The 3rd stood in line for awhile and was told to bring a paper filled out from the other sind than bring it back. Not sure what is going on. Half the paperwork you fill out before you get to the postal worker was not even on the table for a person to get. The place looked a mess. Is this a problem with management or postal workers going postal.

I went to the station to speak with manager as the postal helpline instructed me too. Truhong refused to get the manager. Was condescending about my problem and was dismissive of anything I had to say. She is extremely rude and if she is what passes as a postal work now days I find it sad. They are saying packages are delivered when nothing delivered. I will no longer be using usps due to the cost sketchy scanning they do
