  I will NEVER return to this location. I arrived at 2:00pm today (7/5/26) to mail out a package. The doors to the mail counter were locked. Lights on. I hear someone on a personal phone call so I say “hello? anybody here?” No response. So I knock on the door. Nothing.. another lady behind me knocks on the door after a few tries, someone answers in the rudest way possible. “The door is locked, that means you cannot come in. It is my lunch break and I am not going to work through my lunch for you. If you have a problem, take it up with someone else” (no one else was working). The lady and I said “well posted hours are 8:30-5:00 and you don’t have lunch hours posted or else we wouldn’t have come at this time”. She responded, “I don’t have to have a sign. If the door is locked then that means you can’t come in”. I didn’t catch the employees name but she just cost this location two customers for sure. I will be contacting the USPS phone number to report her. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! I went down to the next location on El Camino and they were the friendliest people.

  Only 1 agent that doesn't know how to process something and 10 people were stock till she figured out. Really slow service.

  You need to retrain your carriers on not marking items as “delivered” simply because it’s the end of their day and they want to make it appear as though they completed their job. So many times I’ve lost mail because they mark it as delivered. It’s especially frustrating when they do this on a Saturday knowing they close early and that Sunday they’ll be closed. Customers are left waiting the next week in hopes their items will appear but they never do even though it’s marked as delivered in the system. Now the customer has to go through the arduous journey of trying to file a claim only for it to be denied since your lazy mail man already marked it as delivered. USPS sucks, especially this one.

  This branch, Nassau Bay, is always so great, not crowded and the nicest workers, always friendly and chatty!

  The woman that works here is extremely rude. She also has a bell out to ring for service and it took her 11 minutes to come assist me. She was on the phone and it sounded personal to me!
