- NWNelda WillsJun 24, 20261.0The guy at the front seemed very nice to the people coming in and I wish I was dealing with him but I wasn't. The "quick" service door was so unprofessional, rude and far from quick. For 1 I came up here Saturday and no one ever came to the door so I came back today and now the rude chick in the back who was rude before I even opened my mouth is saying I'm 1 day passed the 14 days grace period. Somebody needs to tell this girl that customer service applies at her job and she needs to learn some skills bc she has absolutely none at all. I hope and pray she doesn't treat everyone this way and it was just me.

- HNHang NguyenJun 22, 20261.0This po lost 4 of my packages (they were scanned at the kiosk and placed inside the drop off bin but are stuck on pre-transit for over a week). When I asked them about it, they said they don't know and that they arent responsible. So unhelpful and quick to dismiss. And they seem to be friendly, helpful and patient to certain customers only.
- APalex pardoJun 22, 20261.0This location has clerks who are not helpful and rude to non-black customers. Very unprofessional and will not be helpful to patrons who non-black. If you want to experience racism, go here if you are any other race other than black. Terrible location.
