She told me they would have the lock changed in one day it’s been over a week only to find out I can’t even get the keys because the can’t change the lock I already placed a change of address in which is even worse

The kiosk barely works and the bin next to the kiosk to drop the package is always locked so you have to wait in the long line just to drop off Packages that are already pre-label/ pre paid . There is no supplies around. No pens, no tape, no labels and no boxes. Very unorganized. When you asked them for anything they get an attitude. I would definitely just go to a different post office to not deal with the attitudes.
