- JDJules Dur1 day ago1.0I would rate this post office NEGATIVE stars if I could. Today was told by the counter employee (Asian male mid 50s) he didn’t have time to give me a receipt for my packages and then said I should go wait in the back of the line until he services everyone else and if he had time he would help me. THE BACK OF THE LINE. IF HE HAD TIME. He canceled out the two packages he scanned refusing to continue. I did go back in the line and went to the other counter employee (African American male mid 40s) and was helped with no issues. What kind of 1950s discrimination post office is the government running??? AWFUL.

- BPBreanna PMay 1, 20262.0This site is one of the worst. You couldn't drop off packages for months because the drawer was broken. I went in at noon on a weekday and they were closed, no note or warning. At least the kiosk is usually always open
- SLSid L.Apr 30, 20261.0Worst experience , the woman employee laughed at me while I was clearly in a rush and concerned about being late. I arrived at the location right when it was supposed to open at 9:00 AM, but the doors were not opened until about 9:10. After waiting for 10 minutes, an employee came out, handed me an envelope, and then left me unattended for another 10 minutes. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 AM, I asked if I could get assistance to mail my package quickly. However, I was not given clear instructions, and I ended up making a mistake when selecting the payment option. Instead of helping, the women employee laughed at me while I was clearly in a rush and concerned about being late. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. I would appreciate better communication, timeliness, and basic courtesy toward customers.
