this location has some of the rudest, slowest, and most inconsistent employees i have ever dealt with. literally, it feels like all of the workers here wake up on the wrong side of the bed and then just head straight to work. almost every time i come here, someone has an attitude, acts annoyed that customers need help, or moves extremely slowly even when there is a line of people waiting. on top of that, the self drop off area has been closed/broken for around a year now, and nothing has been done to fix it. because of this, we now have to come inside during their limited hours, around 9am–3pm, just to drop something off. people have jobs, school, appointments, and other responsibilities during those hours. the post office is also closed on the weekends, so there is basically no convenient option for people who work during the week. its just extremely frustrating that something meant to allow customers to quickly drop off their packages has been broken for this long without being repaired. a year is more than enough time to address the issue. having such limited hours would already be inconvenient, but having the self drop off unavailable at the same time makes it even worse. the customer service at this location also seriously needs to be addressed. i understand everyone can have a bad day, but when rude and unfriendly service happens repeatedly with multiple employees, it becomes an issue with the location itself. customers should be treated respectfully and should not feel like they are bothering employees simply because they need postal services. lastly, if i can give this place 0 stars, i would.

Long wait in line. Only 1 person working the line, even though there are others around and talking with each other

i mean a negative star review might be acceptable. terrible waste of our tax dollars, and the way they speak to you is outrageous, we pay their salaries to talk to us crazy!!! rude, and half of the mail is always missing. save the headache and go elsewhere. had to take my elderly dad to get a certified letter, man was it a bad experience....

Can’t drop off any packages after 5, because the window is close, package drop off doesn’t work!

Unable to perform several functions on self service kiosk, and drop bin for packages next to kiosk is out of order & taped off. Only one clerk working at 4:20 pm, with a long line of waiting patrons. Only reason for a couple positive stars is the single clerk working was polite and quick and efficient as possible, for being the single employee. I usually have a better experience at this location, however, really disappointed with increasing postage/shipping costs and less/reduced service. Tried to pre-print label on USPS account at home to be able to just scan and drop package, however, USPS account won't allow me to reset my password. Negative overall experience lately.
