- CRCrystal R5 days ago1.0Do not go here for passports.Most people have a bad experience with passport appointments.. first of all, of all, they don't honor them... the people who work there are absolutely lazy.And this location should be shut down, and everybody let go....We went in last week with an appointment.They claimed that they canceled our appointment yet we never got a phone call, she then said to come in monday at noon and they refused to help us.They wanted us to sit in the hallway and basically wait until we left because they didn't want to help us with passports... Save yourself time and a headache, and just don't go there for any reason, and maybe they'll just shut that location down!
