The clerk was BEYOND rude. Wouldn't quit staring at his phone when I was trying to get a PO Box that I'd already paid for. He kept interrupting me, raised his voice, wouldn't answer my question then refused to provide service (the po box) or a refund. I've never encountered such a rude postal worker. Be careful if you're a woman going there, he had no problem being decent to men.

Usually get in and out without too much fuss, but male attendant seems increasingly irritable and impatient if you have questions or anything other than quick drop off. At my most recent visit today he cut me off and gave instructions before listening to me. I had prepaid labels and needed to pay the difference to ship, but he just saw my labels and said go down there and put it in the box. When I explained I have labels, but not enough and need to pay the difference in cost he told me to manually calculate the difference so I did. When I told him the amount he said, "just wait, you don't have to do anything, it will tell us" with a tone of 'why in the world would you do that?' even though he told me to do that. My card initially declined and he was annoyed and rude about it and wouldn't let me explain I simply put my pin in incorrectly. He asked, "why would you take it out?" instead of asking "oh, did something happen?" and just demanded I pull the card out do the tap option as it was literally asking me to put my pin in again. He then just said have a good day as the receipt was printing without asking if I needed anything else. I was rattled enough I forgot to ask for tracking. Overall, tone was condescending and impatient. He could simply listen before making assumptions about what people need and ask questions instead of making insulting or condescending statements.

The service here is terrible. I ordered replacements for keys I had lost, and I ended up waiting two weeks; every time I came in, they kept saying "another week," then "another week." No one takes responsibility for anything—neither for the service nor for any other aspect of the job. A horrible place. I hope they eventually get those keys made, but every employee just passes the buck to another one who isn't responsible for anything.
