I had previously been to 2 USPS locations and received the worst customer service so I was admittedly a bit frustrated when I arrived at this location. I was promptly assisted by Kevin Flores and he took his time explaining the fingerprinting process to me and had me out the door in under 5 minutes. After spending 5 hours at 2 separate USPS locations where I received a runaround and terrible customer service, Kevin’s kindness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

It was the 1st of the month and only one employee was handling the front counter while every customer had different needs. Each transaction was taking around 10 minutes, creating long lines and unnecessary delays. Customers should be guided as soon as they enter, while the cashier focuses on payments and receipts. Better staffing and queue management are needed—this experience felt outdated and inefficient.
