- TDTirathon Duncan4 days ago1.0They don’t have any manners and refuse to let me get my wife’s package even thought she signed me as a representative to get it. The supervisor can’t even answer simple questions and seems to always be quick to send me off. This locations is ghetto. I called to speak to the manager and the woman who was “helping me” in person is pretending to be the manager.

I will go to the Clear Lake location to mail items or purchase stamps. The carriers, from this location, have twice stuffed mail in my mailbox and left mail that I had in the box to be sent off, even though the flag was clearly raised.
- AMAkshay ManoharAug 10, 20261.0We visited the store on Monday 3:00 PM they locked the office, when I ringed the bell a guy answered and he said it’s closed, I asked the operation times says until 5pm, but he says that it’s his supervisors wish to be closed for the day, waste of my time driving up and down
- JBJae BeaAug 4, 20261.0Probably the WORST Post Office in the greater Houston area. I'm not sure why most of my Amazon packages seem to always go through USPS now, but let's just say I always have to get a credit and redelivery, where I request to have an Amazon only driver deliver my items. I have called, visited, and put in so many service requests for this location. The carrier personally told me that she will not deliver packages to our residence unless it fits in the mailbox because she is not doing all that walking. Well I told her I will meet her at the street if I have to and still nothing. I pay for Prime, so why cant I get my orders delivered? And yes, I have spoken to the supervisor and nothing changed. I'm not sure why Amazon got in business with USPS, but I will continue to let them know this was a bad decision. I've never has this issue with Amazon, UPS, Fedex, or even DHL.
