- DTDuke TranJul 2, 20263.0I live nearby, use the services at this location occasionally. The satisfaction is not in high rating due to their minimum standard customer service. I notice some of them are so bossy, in the position of “authorities” instead of serving. Also I suspect the wrong price charge, much higher almost 40% compared to other locations in priority mail packages. I still in search for the reason.
- GAGloria AugustineJun 21, 20264.0Went in on Saturday, around 10:30am. Only one counter open but the wait in line wasn't very long. Had to mail a package to grandkids and picked up stamps while there, still enjoy sending surprise cards in the mail. Also the price of stamps going up soon.
- LOLeah OrtizJun 20, 20261.0When the time of the counter clerk is close, they lock the postal drop off are locked from inside and it is impossible to drop any envelope or box. I think because the workers are trying to have easy days and not work. The Post Master needs to come or send any person as an unknown person to drop something and know that it is happening since months ago.

My package was delivered to the wrong address… there’s no way to contact y’all… this isn’t the first time your incompetent drivers have done that. You’re wasting money on people who’s got a job they don’t wanna do… make them hold themselves accountable
