I just left an international package at this location and agent K Boyd was clueless about the reasons of the price she charged me when it showed a different price on USPS online. Very bad attitude and totally clueless as to why online was almost half of what she charged me. Nobody to talk to at this location

The APC is not fully functional... again. The lines are long. The premises are dirty. The supplies for public use are never available. And as bad as all that is, this place is still better than The Heights post office, so I use it even though it takes 2-3 visits for basic service like stamps or mailing a package. Today, I will attempt to mail a box for the THIRD time.

Suddenly there is a major shift in the level of service from the usual low to awful. I have a small business and drop off at this and other post offices 5 to 6 times a week. The dump hopper in the lobby is almost always blocked because no job description includes simply settling the items in the bin behind the hopper. I usually cycle the hopper to clear it or in the hopes that a postal worker will. Today I was scolded by a postal worker for trying to free up the hopper for mine and the other customers shipments. She said she could not do anything about the situation. When I suggested the post office simply place a bin in the lobby like other post offices do she took a front and photographed me and my vehicle. There is the option to drop off at the loading dock but the bins there are never identified and since I have had eight packages lost recently I am reluctant to drop off there. These postal workers are well paid, just look at the expensive luxury cars in the parking lot. The post office needs to do the work we pay them to do.

This place is an absolute joke & dumpster fire! Employees accuse you of negligence even though you have proof of their wrong doings. Then they get all dramatic and accuse you of being dramatic. Nothing but children work here. They ALL need to be fired.

The worst customer service ever. Incompetent staff. Dismissive, lazy, and totally lack the basics of customer service. Horrible station manager. They never answer the phones. When you go in person and ask that they follow up with you, they never ever call me back and they never ever email you or provide you with any information. They force you to go back in person to endless lines of waiting. Government Services at its worst and they are all incompetent to survive in today's world. Everyone needs to be fired at this station. The automated machine is out of order, so they force you to wait for hours in line!
