Worst USPS location, hands down. We're business owners who've shipped here for years, and the current manager has single-handedly driven us away. Every visit brings a fresh excuse - no staff, no truck, and now "no pickups ever." Irresponsible, unhelpful, and completely incapable of solving the simplest problem. USPS should be embarrassed to have her representing them.

We've shipped with USPS for years, so believe me when I say this location is in a league of its own - the worst by a mile. The current manager has turned every visit into a guessing game of excuses: no staff today, no truck today, and now no pickups ever again. It's baffling that a name like USPS would put someone this irresponsible and this unhelpful in charge. If you run a business and rely on consistent service, go anywhere else.

This is by far the worst USPS location in the network. We're business owners who have shipped with USPS for years, and the current manager here keeps giving us the runaround. One day it's "nobody's working today," the next it's "no truck available," and most recently she flat out told us, "from now on we will never do pickups." I can't believe a network as reputable as USPS would put someone like this in charge. Irresponsible, terrible customer service, and no basic problem-solving skills whatsoever.

For passport services- there's always an issue even when you make an appointment. I had an appointment. They called to reschedule me. I arrive and was rudely told I dont have an appointment but I can wait and she'll "squeeze" me in. 45 minutes later after watching the agent make countless calls, ignore us and walk away- we're leaving. This is incredibly disrespectful, lacking in communication and all professionalism.

USPS has been an absolute nightmare for our business lately. We ship and package orders DAILY, often thousands of packages at a time, yet pickups are constantly missed or delayed with little to no communication. Customers blame us for shipping delays even though the issue is USPS not scanning or picking up packages on time. We’ve had repeated situations where pickups are scheduled and only half the packages get taken — or none at all. As a growing small business, this hurts our customer trust, our ratings, and our operations. We spend hours packaging and organizing orders just for them to sit because USPS cannot provide consistent service. Trying to get answers is nearly impossible, and nobody seems to take accountability. We understand delays happen occasionally, but this has become a constant issue instead of a rare one. Small businesses rely on dependable shipping partners, and right now USPS has made our workflow significantly harder than it needs to be. Extremely disappointing experience.
