  I had no service in their post office to pull up my QR code. I waited in line and asked if they could pull it up for me. Clerks “Ebony” and “Brown” said no and threatened to lock me outside if I stepped outside to get service. I arrived well before 5pm and they still told me to come back tomorrow. I guess they enjoy using the tiniest amount of power ever given to anyone to not do their jobs. Stay rude, ladies!

  A lady name Ebony Miss treated me so bad in front of all the people was speaking rude to me. I called for a manager and she kept on doing it in front of the manager. The manager said that she would address her by herself, but Ebony kept on mocking me I left in tears. She was yelling at me and making me feel shame. I don’t know what was wrong with her, but I will not recommend family and friends come here and I just opened a PO Box here I feel so disgusted by her actions. and the manager tried to talk to Ebony in front of me telling her Ebony saying her name several times Ebony Ebony Ebony and Ebony will not be quiet all the way through my shame of walk, walking out the door she kept on saying may God bless you taking her tongue out, laughing, smirking, and the manager really did not have control of her. She kept on saying Ebony all the way through me leaving the facility. Something has to be done. I’m not happy about this. This is not the way you treat people. I have congested heart failure, and I really don’t need this from her. I hope that y’all really do something about this Ebony because she could’ve caused me to get more sick than I already am and just to think that I just opened a PO Box here oh my God, please friends and family do not come here do not come here. I do not recommend the service here. The service is bad. The manager did not have control over her employee, and the employee didn’t care. She kept on taking her tongue out, laughing, mocking, smiling, talking to me loud and rude what kind of people do you have working here? today is Friday the 12 June 2026. I came into the post office and the lady threatened to call police on me because she said it was closed the same lady Ebony trying to call the cops on me for nothing didn’t wanna attend me and told me it was OK that she was not gonna attend me because I’ve already reported her mistreating me. How am I supposed to be having service here if I’m gonna get denied every time this is Ludacris somebody needs to do something about it she’s still there mistreating me just because she feels like she can. She kept on saying that she was gonna call the cops. She got her phone, and started dialing 911 smiling smirking taken, her tongue out doing the same thing in front of people humiliate adding me again. I am tired of this. Somebody needs to do something about this once again I had to leave upset this is not good. I have congestive heart failure and all she’s doing is taunting me and degrading me and hurting my feelings. What’s gonna happen? Why is nobody doing nothing about this people should know how she acts and reacts very selfish and childish. I can’t believe the United States post office is dealing with people like this. And don’t say anything.

  The woman working the counter solo today 5/12 was fantastic! They could use a restock of shipping supplies but otherwise no issues here.
