- CMCrystal McDonald2 days ago1.0I was supposed to receive my son’s check by mail on May 14th per My inform delivery I got an email that it was gonna be delivered that day and it was never delivered. Then Friday came still wasn’t delivered. Saturday came still wasn’t delivered. It’s crazy because I have been signed up for informed delivery since they started it and I have never had an issue with receiving any of my mail. Every email I get saying these pieces of mail are gonna be in your mailbox today. I received them, but it’s such a coincidence that when it’s a check from Social Security it was not put in my mailbox, but I received all my mail that I received emails for on Friday and Saturday. This is the only piece of mail that is Missing I have failed a complaint and I will be handling the situation legally and I have contacted the Social Security office to make sure that the check has not been cashed. It’s crazy they hire unprofessional people who are handling important mail for others Hiring thieves at that.

I've nearly been hit by one of their white postal workers because she refused to stop while I was crossing the road. The black lady who delivers at Joule at Memorial is very loud, rude and obnoxious and has made many mistakes with my mail. The people that work at the counter are RUDE. It's out of control here.
