- PLPeter LuongJul 2, 20261.0This post office is suck ...! Lady at the counter doesn't respect and rule to customer. The post office should transfer or fire her . Is not only me . Y'all see everyone said that. Today July/2/26 I'm at the post office to send mails and is close at 3pm . No one there.

I can tell you they are well deserved and Ang that rating is only going to get lower, twice I have been to this office, and twice the employee have had very poor customer service skills, specially the second time, I needed to send some letters with a firm book certificate of mailing and the employee told he had no idea how to process that, I asked him if he could reach out to a supervisor to get help, he kept on going on about there was nobody to help and didn't even try to help further and simply dismissed me and asked for the next person saying man I'm only have to be here for 3 hours and no time to call somebody, very disappointing, and to the post master here, you need to train your employees better

- CDChris DepMay 26, 20261.0This place sucks, I literally got interrogated and belittled for delivering a 43lb package I paid damn near $200 to have delivered to Alaska. Whoever the lady at the counter was that was on duty at noontime on May 26 is absolutely rude!
