We were dealing with a very difficult family situation, as my uncle has been hospitalized for an extended period and had lost the key to his PO Box. The Postmaster took the time to listen to our circumstances, carefully verified all the necessary information, and handled everything professionally while following the proper procedures. Her compassion, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for our family. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring. We truly appreciate her exceptional customer service and dedication. Thank you for going above and beyond. Your kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten.
- EEEleboyGamesJun 29, 20261.0Abysmal service, sheer incompetence, and absolute laziness at the 77074 branch (Moss Dr). The logistics system at this location is a complete joke and an insult to customers. They had a package "Out for Delivery" riding around in the truck since 6:10 AM. We waited at home all day watching them change the estimated delivery time over and over, first promising one hour, then shifting it to 9:00 PM, only to completely wash their hands at exactly 9:00 PM by throwing an automatic red alert delaying it until the next business day. The most infuriating and shameless part of all? We live LITERALLY 20 meters away from this branch on Moss Dr. The delivery driver had the package right next to the delivery address all day long and chose to take it back to the office out of pure laziness instead of taking a few steps to drop it off at the end of their shift. They have no excuse regarding distance, and no excuse regarding access. This is just mediocre service and incompetent staff who refuse to do their jobs. If you don't want to work, step aside and leave the job to someone who actually cares about serving the community. Utter trash!

Not once not twice but it’s been 4th time that they refuse to deliver my packages and even if they do they deliver it to the wrong address. Some packages says delivered but when i check my mailbox there’s no package, and no access to the delivery location? Mailbox is empty cause you guys don’t deliver our mail/packages, even if I request to get my package delivered in front of my door, you guys won’t! PLEASE FIND THE JOB YOU GUYS LIKE/LOVE, don’t make our days goes horrible just cause you have problem to yourself.
- YGYuri GonzalezJun 9, 20261.0One of the worst USPS locations I have visited. I recently went to the USPS office at 6500 De Moss Dr, Houston, TX 77074 to drop off a prepaid return package. I handed the package directly to a male employee at the counter and requested a receipt or proof of acceptance. He refused to provide one, leaving me without any immediate confirmation that USPS had taken possession of my package. This is unacceptable customer service and shows a complete lack of concern for customers who are trusting USPS with their shipments. What makes the situation even worse is the overall condition of this facility. The exterior of the building appears neglected and poorly maintained. The property looks like it is falling apart and has clearly not received the attention it needs. Inside, the office is dirty and unprofessional. Even the air conditioning vents appear dusty and poorly maintained. The entire location gives the impression of a facility that has been ignored for a long time. Unfortunately, the condition of the building reflects the attitude of the staff. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to provide basic assistance make this location one that management should seriously review. Customers deserve better treatment and a cleaner, better-maintained facility than what is currently being provided at this office. I hope USPS management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the condition of the facility and the quality of customer service being provided at this location.
