Absolute worst post office ever. Mail is lost constantly. Latest is that I forwarded my mail to a P.O. Box and after three months, nothing arrived. I went to the desk to resolve and the lady behind the desk was rude and dismissive. Now dealing with a supervisor and nothing is resolved. Avoid this location at all costs.

Congrats. If you are reading this review, you have found the worst post office in Greater Houston. If you need a passport, do yourself a sanity-saving favor and just go to Houston Public Library-Central to obtain it. Not. Here. I used a half hour of paid time off to leave work early and come to this Post Office to mail a care package to a relative serving overseas. It was prepackaged presealed and prelabeled. I arrived at 355pm. The woman working the counter said that she was supposed to leave at 330pm and had stayed late without a lunch break. The employee that arrived to relieve her had no idea how to operate that register system and had to shut down the service counter, even though the post office does not close until 5pm. I don't fault the frontline service workers bearing the brunt of Louis DeJoy's deliberate mismanagement. Though goodness knows the woman at the counter has been rude and unprofessional every time I've come to this location. It has been sad and angering to see how our government has allowed federal services to languish, post offices underfunded and understaffed. That said, this location is clearly worse off than others. I don't recommend using this location unless you have time to waste and don't mind being turned away on occasion.

Absolutely horrible service. Our carrier, Victoria, has repeatedly failed to deliver our mail, and management has done nothing despite multiple complaints and escalations. Credit cards, vehicle registration tags, bills, and other important mail have gone missing. Informed Delivery shows the mail coming, but it never reaches us and the post office claims they don't have it either. We have even filed a police report. This is beyond incompetence and needs to be investigated immediately.

In The pickup section there's a lady whos life is miserable. I had to talk to a supervisor because she closed the door on me while I was talking. Not everyone in that post office hates their life, I eventually got my package. But the worker was rude, inpatient and miserable. Beware when picking up packages from the side door.

I’m not sure who it is at the front counter because the employees don’t wear name badges but there is a woman there that is always so rude to the customers including myself. At first, I thought maybe she just had a bad day because it was later on in the afternoon but as I have come back again, she is just out for anyone at anytime. I visit this location at least once if not twice a week and everyone else that I have interacted with there is lovely. I’m not sure how this particular employee is allowed to work up front and interact with any guests. Makes you want to drive further to go somewhere else like Hadley location where everyone is amazing and kind! For reference it was 7/29/26 at 3:20pm
