Scheduled an appointment for a passport, only to get here and be told their photo system wasn’t working. Had to go to the nearest cvs, to get back and wait 30 minutes after them calling someone from the back. USPS is a joke. Man I wish I was lazy, if I was I’d know where to work.

We have the app that shows us what mail is supposed to attach day and we don’t receive it, so we decided to go there and waited 1 1/2 hours and they didn’t answer the door that by the the sign on the door says “ring the bell once” we waited a good while after ringing it and pressed it again! They NEVER ANSWERED! And we could hear the workers talking and even laughing! I wish there was a ZERO STAR. They deserve it! WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! 👎

You cannot change my mind, but this location right here is just extremely horrible Rude employees from left to right. Having to wait more than one hour just to drop off a bunch of packages. For whatever reason, everyone has bad attitude. If I wanted to go to hell, I’m pretty sure I’ll get through to there much more quicker than this post office I am going back to Channelview location because honestly at least the women there welcome you into their store.

I've had multiple issues with my packages and the employees are always very helpful. Errors in tracking, lost packages, and even delays in delivery. The employees will help you as much as they can
