That doesn’t make any sense. the customer service lady said there was a note saying that there was a loose dog which is not true but a loose dog stops you from delivering to the whole neighborhood?

I stood outside waiting for it to open and employees are pulling up minutes before and minutes afterwards. It is the most poorly ran post office in America.
