  I have been to this UPS store many times to drop off my returns and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! This time I even needed my label printed and was helped with it with no issues! Great location and staff

  Very nice experience. Dare I say best experience at a UPS store ever. Great service. Friendly and very helpful. Zeke made it easy from start to finish with my notarized service. Will come back for passport process and continued services.

  Huge thank you to Linda, Zeke, Vinmal, Deborah, Rose, and Jonathan at my local USPS store! 🫶🏽 I came in stressed trying to get documents notarized and everyone was so patient, kind, professional, and helpful.   The two UPS stores in my suburban neighborhood always have lines out of the door. Every time I know I will be hitting up IKEA or memorial city I choose this location. Maybe because the parking lot looks less spacious than it is or because there isn’t a lot around it this location never has lines out of the door. They also, however, bang stuff out—they don’t move slowly while people and packages slowly fill their area. They are efficient and friendly. Zeke gave me exceptional service today. Whenever her I can make it work, this is the location I choose.

  Zeke was wonderful help, fast and efficient and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. My favorite UPS store location. Was able to drop off other packages for Amazon returns while I was here on a different task.
