  Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were willing to answer all of my questions and were attentive to anyone who walked into the store while I was there. Debora packed up my packages quickly and neatly, so I highly recommend this location!

  Rosa, Debra, Linda and Z were amazing at the Katy Freeway and Antonie store. I had to bring in my little dog, Milo because of the 100° weather in Houston, Texas. They entertained Milo while Rose helped mail my package. What could have been an annoying situation became anjoyable for all involved, including Milo. Thank You so much all of you at the Katy Freeway Branch. Lilia Pellicano and Milo.

  Everyone wasted my time. First off, I only ever pick up items if the delivery fails for whatever reason. I was literally at the door waiting for my package. No truck. No knock. No call. Nothing. Just a notification that they attempted to deliver my package, when no attempt was made. Second, when I went to the store the next day to pick up the item, I was told that I couldn't pick it up because my name on my ID didn't match the package. ON YOUR WEBSITE, it says that there is an EXCEPTION if I can provide my ID and prove my address being the same. My address was the same, and I told the lady at the desk that, and she said that you guys need the name to match. So either SHE needs to be retrained, your delivery attempts need to be GENUINE and VERIFIED, or the website needs to be UPDATED. Genuinely disappointed.

  As a family who orders 8 million boxes a month from Amazon because we’re shopaholics; it is so valuable to have this store, especially as the customer service is always really great and their efficiency is fantastic. Every time I walk in there, there’s at least three or four other people returning items or sending a package and it’s always super well staffed.
