  I have been a customer at this UPS Store for over three years, and I have never experienced the level of disrespectful customer service that I encountered today. I went into the store to return an Amazon package. As I entered, an employee called out from behind the counter, asking if I had a return and telling me to use the kiosk. I politely asked if she could assist me, and she responded by yelling, “NO!” I was completely taken aback by her attitude and lack of professionalism. I told her that customer service needed to improve and that, after this experience, I would not be returning to the store. Her response was simply, “OK,” which further demonstrated her lack of concern for my experience as a customer. I asked to speak with the manager and explained what had happened. Although he apologized, I left feeling that my concerns would not lead to any meaningful change. After more than three years of doing business with this location, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this employee’s behavior made it clear that she did not value my time or my business.
