  ***REMODELED LOCATION!!, *** ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL INSIDE!! Hardwood Floors, cleaner look, and bright environment. NEW STAFF MEMBER (April Pryor) IS A GEM! .... She was very helpful and courteous. A FRIENDLY personality, and EXCELLENT customer service. This store is so refreshing and it was such a pleasure to drop off a package and get excellent service!

  I’ve had to come into this UPS Store several times this week for notary services, and Steffany has been consistently helpful every visit. Even when she’s the only one working and it’s busy, she stays patient, organized, and makes sure everyone gets taken care of. She’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to care about helping people. I really appreciate how smoothly she handles everything.

  The manager Nick was very unprofessional. They are doing reconstruction in the building and we never received a email or text message letting us know they were doing work. I came to pick up my package and was confronted with hostility. The reader must be reminded we pay for this service out of pocket. He became combative trying to convince me of all the reasons why I did receive the email, even though I told him I never received a email to inform me of the construction work being done. I received a dozen emails a month when it comes to paying for the mailbox though. I would not recommend this store based on the store manager Nick's hostile character and unprofessional demeanor. He told me that me not receiving the email "is not his problem" even though it is his problem because we are again paying for the service. We will be requesting a credit for the dates we were not notified about the construction being done to the building since we do pay for our service there, and we are obligated to be informed of any changes. His job was to deescalate the issue, Instead he started yelling and became uncivilized. Nick if that is his real name start arguments with the customers instead of maintaining a response that is customer friendly. We deserve better customer service. Unfortunately, I told him that his irrational behavior would be reported, and he informed me that he is used to people reporting him. He brags about this almost like it is a badge of honor. I have never experienced this antisocial behavior at UPS. I am highly disappointed in Nick's lack of professional communication.

  Friendly team, responsive via email, and quick to serve! I have been coming to this UPS location for years. While they can sometimes take a while to help you when a line forms, they truly do take their time to help you. They have helped me as notaries, helped me ship packages, setup a PO Box, and helped me package items. Stephanie most recently helped me setup a PO Box, answered my questions patiently, worked with me to fill out paperwork, and was quick to fix any errors in my forms. I highly recommend this place as they are WAY better than USPS. Even on their worst day, they are far better than USPS.
