The person working seemed confused and kept asking if I was sure that my package got delivered despite me showing her the delivery confirmation with the address. Very unorganized and rude location.

Even when you have drop off instructions he ignores them and does what he wants. I will NEVER stop here again. And sadly he is teaching his employees to be the same.

The scanner couldn’t read my return code and insisted on charging me $3.25 for a small piece of tape. This location shows a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. I do not recommend using this store.
