  This store wanted 6 dollars to print a ups shipping label. The others charge a 1 or 2. Then they wanted 7 bucks for a bubble envelope I have never seen such high prices and terrible customer service. Like the other reviewers stay far away from this location. I only stopped at this one because was running errands and too far from the league city location. STAY AWAY

  Unfortunately, the other reviews are accurate. This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I understand Amazon returns can probably be frustrating for employees, especially when customers show up unprepared, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude and treatment from staff here. I’m always organized, have my labels ready, and try to make the process as easy as possible. Yet the second employees realize it’s an Amazon return, the tone and behavior completely change. Most times, it comes across as rude and unnecessarily hostile. This is a UPS location that agreed to accept Amazon returns as part of its business. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience for using a service your store offers. A little professionalism and basic kindness would go a long way.

  This place is a hot mess. Packages strewn everywhere. Staff cannot even find Amazon orders that are shipped directly to this location. The person working seemed confused and kept asking if I was sure that my package got delivered despite me showing her the delivery confirmation with the address. Very unorganized and rude location.

  This UPS store is the worst when it comes to customer service! The manager is rude and argumentative! Even when you have drop off instructions he ignores them and does what he wants. I will NEVER stop here again. And sadly he is teaching his employees to be the same.

  Wouldn’t take my TikTok return even though the label clearly said “no packaging needed”. It was in a bag but not the original box. Had another experience where my mom used the wrong return label so when I went to return mine, it said “QR code already used”. They couldn’t help or do anything. Both times I went to the UPS on clear lake city blvd and they took care of it / did what they could. The Bay Area location was rude and super weird both times. Clear lake had better service, better vibes, better AC.
