  Came in today to do some Amazon returns. When I walked in I said "Good afternoon" & "I'd like to do some returns" the girl in the front completely ignored me. Upon scanning my items she began to throw them around to the point to where she almost hit me with one of the items. Once she saw I was returning more than 2 things she said "Damn" & continued to rudely scan and put away my items. When she scanned my last code I quickly became annoyed that I walked away. She said "Do you want a receipt?" I walked away and told her "Keep it, you are ridiculous" SHe needs to be removed from working the front if she's going to have an attitude. Will never come to this location again, and will be sure to tell those I know about this location and situation.

  This store has the best costumer service from all ups that I have encountered, always polite and willing to help assist with packing or packes that are heavy to carry unlike other places that act as if one is asking to carry something illegal. I love this place and I choose to drive a little further from home because I know they are so polite and always receive the costumers with a "Hi how can we help with a smile" everyone, the lady, and the two gentlemen, I just love their personalities. Thank you

  Had great customer service and got all my shipping needs done in one stop. They able to mail to Guana in West Africa and make all my returns from Amazon. They even made some new keys for me also.
