  I have been to the UPS store on how 6 and Yorktown Crossing. Every customer is greeted when they come in. I have a lot faxing I must send. Jocelyn, Jonathan and Kimberly are incredibly helpful every time. They help me organize my paperwork and writing, this is difficult for me due to medical reasons. They are so kind and patient with me. When I leave I'm confident that my info was sent correctly. Thank y'all so much.

  Really love this location, i just got my first paycheck from work and really wanted to send a gift to a friend for their birthday i sadly couldn't attend to. So i had a friend take me to this location on my day off to send away to a friend thankfully Kassy and Marlen were there to save me some time and help me with questions i had. Usually i would let my mom do this sorta thing for me but going out of my comfort zone Kassy had helped me out first asking what my packages were for and had told her the situation i was in to send the gift to my friend and kindly enough she and her coworker Marlen had asked what i got my friend, made conversations and made my first time in the store a better experience than expected. Would highly recommend giving this store another chance and recommending to others with the best customer service and hospitality the girls provided 🙏🏽

  Beware of this location and its greedy owner/franchisee. I recently purchased something online and selected the UPS Access Point thinking I would save a dollar and pick the item up on the way home. When I went to pick it up, the clerk (who was very friendly) informed me there was a $10 fee for that location to "Hold" my package. Then she said it's usually $8 and "I don't know why he put it at $10". Nowhere during check out does it say you may have to pay a fee to the greedy franchisee to get your package. UPS should revoke his franchise.

  I visited this store yesterday with several returns to process, and I wanted to share what a positive experience I had. The two associates working behind the counter, Kassy and Comfort, were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They assisted me with processing all of my returns, printing labels, and scanning my packages. Throughout the entire process, they were patient, kind, and attentive. What impressed me most was that even though it was close to closing time, they never made me feel rushed. They took the time to ensure everything was handled correctly and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Because of their exceptional assistance, I will definitely make this my store of choice going forward. Please pass along my appreciation and recognition to Kassy and Comfort for a job well done. Thank you for maintaining such a great team.

  Really love the store and the staffing that works here. Moving to Jersey village side i had a hard time adjusting to a new city and finding a right UPS store until i started exploring west side of Houston and found Kassy Hernandez along with her team to help me out sending packages to my family back in Austin without spending a fortune making a 2hr30min drive to just a 10min drive via postal. Kassy has helped me throughout my going on 4 month stay in Houston much comfortable with how well she and her coworker Kimberly (hopefully it's spelled right), ensuring im well taken care of. Would recommend this store once again for anyone who needs efficient and affordable services for their postal service necessities
