  I made an appointment for a notary service and showed up on time. Apparently the manager decided to head home early, the heck with the appointments! I had to find another notary. No excuse for this incompetence.

  What is the point of having an online appointment scheduling system for a notary if they don’t keep their appointments, the hours posted on the site, or send any update that when you arrive, the notary will have decided to leave early for the day? And have no mechanism with which to reschedule the appointment, other than the clearly ineffective scheduling tool on the website? Do not use this location if you ever have time sensitive documents to be notarized, are interested in having an appointment time honored, or are interested in anything other than complete and total apathy from the staff in the store. What an unprofessional and laughable experience.

  Do not trust this location—take your business anywhere else. ​I brought a jacket here to return to the manufacturer for an exchange. I watched the employee place it into a bag without sealing it, print a label, and hand me a drop-off receipt. That jacket has completely vanished. ​After a week with no update from the retailer, I checked the tracking. The status showed that a label was created, but the package was never received by UPS or USPS and wasn't picked up from the store. The item literally never left the facility. ​When I returned to the store to ask what happened, the first manager claimed "tracking sometimes lags behind"—implying a tracking scan could lag by an entire week. An entire week. He took my contact information, promised to follow up with an update, and never called. ​I returned a week later and spoke with a second manager, who offered no explanation and acted completely clueless. How does an item disappear in the ten paces between the counter and the outgoing bin? ​To placate me, the manager handed me what he claimed was the "corporate customer service" 1-800 number, insisting they would "make this right." When I dialed it, it wasn't UPS corporate at all—it was a third-party phishing scam trying to solicit personal information in exchange for a "$100 voucher," with an operator that refused to address UPS issues. The operator actually hesitated in saying he had no relationship to UPS stores. Handing an annoyed customer a shady scam line instead of an actual franchise resolution route is beyond negligent. ​Avoid this store at all costs. Between unsealed packages disappearing before pickup and management handing out fake corporate numbers to dodge accountability, this location is untrustworthy. There are better options in the Heights.
