  I dropped off a letter at this UPS Store on Friday, August 28, and paid $14 to have it delivered approximately two miles away in Rice Village. Both the staff and the receipt indicated an estimated delivery date of Monday. By Wednesday, September 2, the letter was in California. I spoke with the manager, Tonya, who explained that the routing was outside the store’s control and refused to provide a refund or any other resolution. My issue is exactly that: the store takes no responsibility once a package is accepted, yet its staff advises customers on delivery options and estimated arrival dates. If a two-mile delivery can be routed across the country and arrive days after the estimated date, customers should be clearly advised of that possibility before paying for the service. Tonya was also rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. Very poor service and even poorer customer care. I would not recommend this location.

  I don’t know why most of these employees even show up if they hate their job so much. I don’t think they could try any less - zero customer service, completely apathetic. As if it couldn’t get worse, the store now has kiosks for our convenience (which is nice) but employees will literally see each customer walk in, stare blankly (maybe stop conversation) and still not even greet one person. You have to try had to be this level of mediocre.🥴Hands down the worst UPS store I’ve ever experienced!

  5 stars because Jasmine was so kind and patient with us! We had a lot of Amazon returns and she had great customer service. She waited patiently as we got ourselves organized.
