  We were preparing paperwork for our Visas and we had the pleasure of great service from AJ and Farah. They helped us with passport photos, copies, and were very kind and patient.

  First of all, the staff is very, very nice and courteous plus very accommodating. I went to print and make copies, found out the forms where printing incorrectly due to a glitch with the way acrobat opened and the staff offered me the establishment's laptop to fix them and offered me a desk to do it on, that was amazing because we needed the forms for the next day. It helped that I showed up with plenty of time before closing time, however, they didn't need to accommodate us and yet they did. They saved us from having to go back to the hotel and do it there, and I didn't have a computer to do it on. Sure the hotel offers printing but copies in color, well not really and we needed that, so we ended up doing everything at the UPS store. Very convenient, it was close to the hotel (walking distance, just a few blocks away) and offered all kinds of services. Apologies I cannot remember the managers name, but him and the other staff (nice young lady) were awesome. I will definitely bring them my business again if I need to when in downtown Houston. Thank you for everything guys, you rock.

  Ms. AJ is the best. She is always there to assist in all things UPS. I love coming here because things go as they should. Business and in and out. Five star!

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for years, and Nadeem, AJ, and the entire team have consistently been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They’re professional, friendly, helpful, and always go out of their way to make things easy. After all these years, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. It’s rare to find a team that provides such consistently excellent service and makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. Highly recommended!

  Thank you so much to AJ for making my daycare flyers, preschool workbooks and our school labels for our shirts. she was so helpful because i wasnt sure what i wanted but she put it together for me which took a lot of stress of of my shoulders. thanks again AJ!!
