  I went to the store yesterday at around noon to ship two boxes. The first employee who helped me was very kind, professional, and helpful. She explained my options and made the process pleasant. I also asked her to place "Keep Upright" stickers on the boxes, and she kindly did so. Unfortunately, when another employee with curly hair and glasses came over to place one of the boxes on the cart, she dropped it after having difficulty placing it on the cart. This was concerning because I had specifically requested that the boxes be kept upright. I spoke with her about it, and she apologized, but I felt that her response was rude. I understand that mistakes can happen, but packages should be handled carefully, especially when a customer specifically asks for them to remain upright. I appreciate the first employee for her excellent customer service, but I was disappointed by how my package was handled afterward. I hope management can remind employees to handle customers' packages with care, and show they’re well trained in customer service positions. Very disappointed to know this store doesn’t train their employees for dealing with customers, since we’re the reason they have jobs to begin with.

  She was very rude. I was trying to call Amazon, and I asked if I could leave the box with my product inside the store while I made the call in my carsince it was very heavy and I had my little girl with mebut she said no. Terrible service I give them a 0/10.
