  It used to be good…but this time ( a week ago) I was returning a Birkenstock purchase in the same box in came in ( not Amazon) and when I got there a male worker told me that I had to buy a box from them because it was not allowed to be sent out that way… I said no thank you and went out and got my own box I placed the first package with the return label into the box I bought … It was the same guy from a wk before but the boss was there and wasn’t understanding why the return package was in another box… I look at the worker who told me that I needed another box & to BUY one from them and told the manager ‘well it was one of your workers who told me it was not allowed and I needed to buy another box’ The manager backed up and said ‘oh well sometimes but this box should be fine…’ So today I went to go return an Amazon package Same place I had the package in the box and the mailing label Because all that’s all it says that I need to make the return The young lady says ‘oh you need to buy a mailing package for it’…. I looked at her and said ‘no thank you’ Walked out got on Amazon changed my return place… Simple I didn’t need a label just the link to show… I won’t be going this place on Old Spanish Trail ever again Be aware they’re always trying to make you buy things… And good luck to the consumers- I won’t be trusting them anymore

  One of their managers OMAR IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.. he’s not there anymore but best customer service & service ever
