- STsaeed tavakhsh1 day ago1.0They told me I have to email the receipt to them so they can print it. He scanned the printed label which he could easily scan on my phone. He charged me $2 for that and throw it away. It’s kind of scam. Imagine how much they can earn by this trick.

- TATLea ADec 8, 20251.0This is my second bad experience with this UPS franchise location. First, the staff is extremely short and rude to customers. They nickle and dime you where they can. I Tried to send a tiny package to be delivered within Texas and the cheapest rate was $27.45. Added a picture for size reference of my package. Also tried to send an Amazon return and was told it needed to be in special packaging due to the “ground shipping”. They’re slippers! And in the packaging that Amazon sent them in. This was a last visit for me at this location. Brace yourself for short mannered staff and ridiculous shipping prices.
