  Despite the long line. Dora provided the best customer service! She was friendly, professional, and super efficient. She had me in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I really appreciate her excellent service and the smooth, hassle-free experience. Thank you, Dora, for making everything so quick and easy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I came in Tuesday evening spite of long line as I waited I observed the young ladies behind the counter one stood out in particular and that was so amazed how patient understanding how joyful helpful and the big smile when she greet me "welcome in hello my name is Lupe" I came in for simple return I cannot leave the store. This was beyond a transaction Lupe went above and beyond to explain the meaning of a UPS box holder the amenities she inform me of notary services you can drop off USPS with such patient devotion and dedication not making me feel rushed all the questions I had for her we laughed I had to hug her before I left this is one unique customer service representative I highly recommend this store. Thank you Lupe because of you I will be coming back you're such a beautiful human being inside and out.

  I worked with Brianna to send a package to Canada and she was so helpful! She made sure everything was done properly so the package wouldn’t have any issue clearing customs. She asked a colleague to double check some details and talked me through the whole process. Such a nice experience!

  All I'm going to say is if you don't like your job DON'T take it out on the customer. She put the label carelessly on the package then when I asked for a receipt looked at me with an attitude. Like get some people who understand what customer service is. And tell your employees to get rid of the condescending attitude or quit
