  I would like to give a Glorious shout out to Ms. Lisa @ Store1656. She have been assisting me for about 9 years now. She's always so helpful, greets everyone with a smile and a warm cheer. It doesn't matter what type of day she's having. She's always so positive. I Have moved twice and refuse to purchase a UPS mailbox closer to my home. I would rather drive the 10 miles to UPS-Store1656 on Westheimer because i know without a shadow without what type of customer service I'm going to receive when I get there. They're the best!!

  Unsure how to report a driver to UPS, but the delivery driver Eric is horrendous. My ring camera caught him throwing packages and left them in the rain even though I have a porch and they could’ve stayed dry. Now the packages are ruined and when I asked him about it the next day he laughed in my face and was very rude. Disappointed but will not be having ups deliver anymore if Eric continue to deliver. How he still is being allowed to drive is beyond me as neighbors have said similar things.

  Well, I am in Houston. I always use the store and I have to tell you I have been greeted by Juan every time I’ve gone in there. He is phenomenal and does an awesome job. There’s another man in there an older gentleman. I can’t remember his name, but he too is phenomenal so kudos to those two young men working.

  This is the nicest, cleanest most efficient UPS store there is. The employees are always helpful. If you need a small tape or help they are ready to assist! Please open one on Eldridge, I come from Highway 6 and Briar Forest to use this store.
