  I’d like to commend Lisa on being helpful, polite and taking initiative. On 10/14 ~3:28pm, I was dropping off several packages and while waiting in line there were a few employees who seemed confused, one of which specifically (short haired, feminine) appeared unwilling to help and pointing their finger at people, which most may find rude. Amid the confusion, Lisa stepped up and offered to help, and was very polite and understanding. I’d definitely return and hope to be helped by Lisa in the future.

  I had the worst experience in the ups store on 11152 Westheimer! There is only one responsible adult there. He is the older gentleman, the only professional there!!! The younger ones are rude, ruthless and disrespectful!!! Laughing at customers who express their disatisfaction with their services!! Please think twice before going there cause I wouldn't.

  Had a great experience at The UPS Store! Lisa, the clerk who helped me, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the whole process quick and easy and was genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s clear she cares about providing good customer service. I really appreciate her help and will definitely be coming back to this location!

  The women in the store this morning were very pleasant and welcoming! I forgot I had a return in the car as I was headed to the drive thru ATM in my pajamas with a jacket on and the woman that specifically helped me commented me so well making me not feel so bad for looking “not put together.” They were professional, astute, efficient and really made my morning. I jumped into their morning conversation because it was so inviting and warm. I really enjoyed my visit at the UPS today and look forward to my next visit! Great people make the mundane feel incredible.
