  I want to give a huge thank you to Roxana and Juan at UPS #1656 for their amazing customer service while helping me return my AT&T Internet box. Roxana was incredibly patient and took her time teaching Juan step-by-step throughout the whole process. You could really see how much she cared and how dedicated she was to helping both customers and her team. Juan was also very sweet, professional, and did an amazing job. They both made the return process so easy and stress-free for me. It’s rare to come across such kind, hardworking people who truly go above and beyond. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

  I highly recommend RJ - was the best cashier Ive had. Greatly efficient, super friendly and solved a tricky problem of printing different sizes for important documents I needed for my travel. Very well deserving of a promotion.

  “I went to the UPS Store to print some papers and Lisa helped me out. She was really nice, patient, and made everything super easy for me. I was having a little trouble at first, but she took the time to help without making me feel rushed. Great customer service and a really positive attitude. Thanks again, Lisa!”

  Gretchel and Leah are the dynamic duo, both of them are extremely helpful. Every single time I come in there they go Above and Beyond to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. They are definitely one of the best part of this location, always greeting customers with a smile, professional, and extremely efficient.
