  Fast - friendly customer service, beats USPS anytime. Four employees helping you get out quickly. They even tap-ed my shipping box more securely with out extra charge

  I love the convenience. It's not far down Jones Rd. Their service is great, quick and easy! I find the staff friendly and very helpful.

  Today is July 25th 2026 and I went to The UPS store at Jones road and West road in Houston Texas this morning and I got there about 15 minutes early and by the time the guy walked up or rode up on his ebike to open up the store he looked like he was bothered that we were even standing in line and I said good morning to him and I asked him I said hey by the way how much did you pay for your ebike because I'm about to buy any bike in here and he just ignored me and it just kind of acted like I was an imposition and so when we went in the store I said hey it was really nice chatting with you you know being sarcastic and he said sir just let me focus on opening up the registers and so when he was done with that I said by the way how much was your e-bike and he just waved his hand at me like this missing me like I didn't matter I guess it must have been a black on white thing I don't know he was a black guy and he just looked like he was pissed off at the world anyway I wouldn't go back to this store! This is not the first time I've encountered rude employees this location definitely a reflection of its owner!
