  The UPS employee at 9476 Hwy 6 South, store #7044, made me feel at home, greeting me with a smile when I entered the store on a rainy day! He processed my Amazon return and also took care of the package I had to ship to my sister. He was very friendly and personable! And on my way out the door, he wished me a great day!

  I had a issue with my package , the package was for my mother funeral that was sent 1 week prior to her funeral, I paid for 3 day guarantee. Which they don’t stand behind anything. That package arrived at my mother funeral. When come back to request a refund on a service that was paid for is ridiculous. It has been over 12 weeks and I still don’t have a the refund and so I get an email from the manager saying that I will get 77.64 refund. So I get to the store to get the refund and was told that I can’t get the refund because the manger is not there. After they get the manger on the phone he told them that it was 65.00 that needs to be refund. So the amount of money that to send was 104.03 and to get refund 77.64 . They the person that is handling this give me a check for 65.00. Life lesson learned is never use UPS to handle any important business
