Want to recycle your batteries? As of June 2026, Staples’ CEO has enacted a wonderful new policy that will allow you to do so for $2.99 per battery (as in, you get to pay to recycle your batteries 😭). Greenwashing at its finest. Just say you don’t recycle consumer goods anymore instead of this nonsense.

Customer Service by Ree, completely unprofessional. Answered my questions sarcastically with smart remarks. Online advertising same say pick up and order wasn't ready. No attempt to assist me at all, easy to see why there's not many staples around anymore. It was easier for her to cancel my order than try and fix the issue, i drove over an hour since there's no staples near me..first and only time coming here, worst experience ever.

I was trying to return some Amazon packages... I waited very patiently. The employee, Ranisha, served other customers before me, which I didn't pay much attention to, but I waited anyway. She asked me to take out two products that were already packaged, and I asked her several times if they were going to be repackaged, but she seemed to ignore me. I asked again, but in a very demanding tone, she told me I had to wait. I answered yes, and I was patient after she had served another customer, knowing that I had arrived first. On top of that, the music was playing loudly. I tried to handle the situation better. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, but I think she lacks training, empathy, and patience.

Thank you so much to the Staples printing team. Everyone was so helpful, from Jeffery taking the time to sit with me to place my order. He went over everything to make sure my sizing and quantity was perfect. He was so patient and I made sure to have a spreadsheet and usb with all of my formatting done to make the process easier on them. Then the ladies Regina & Bee, were so much fun. These ladies reviewed every detail with me and made sure my designs were perfect during pick up. You can tell all hands was on deck to get all of the prints done and ON TIME and made sure everything was perfect. I spent over $500 but they helped me save $150 on my order. As the host of my sister’s baby shower I honestly could not have did it without the entire Staples team. Thank you so much for all your help, I will definitely be back to this location for all of my printing needs. THAT WAS EASY! 📍😊
