  Horrible experience with resolving a billing issue with local office and tried resolving with their Corporate office the same day of service due to the local office staff being very unprofessional and lacking proper communication in front of the whole office or staff and other patients. Since the local office has been unresponsive with returning my call to discuss my concerns, as I can't seem to get someone to address my concern at this point, all I keep receiving are past due statements. At time of reaching out to the Corporate office, multiple times after initial date of service, I kept being asked to leave a call back number and no return calls ever transpire. When I call back as a follow up, the front office redirects me back to the local office even though they are fully aware of the lack of support locally and then handling up the phone on me. After reading the other reviews on Specialty 1 Partners, the lack of customer service, lack of support, and lack of care for resolution, this seems to be a common issue with this business, across the board. The Corporate office front desk hangs up on me after I explained I can't seem to get anyone to call back and there isn't any direction on resolution, after 1 year later. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. I will be sending an email to the Leadership team with the hope they see this as a way to improve their staff locally and at the Corporate office especially if their expectation is to be customer focused.

  We were never told that Clifton Oral Surgery (SPECIALITY1 PARTNERS) did not accept any insurance until after the visit. The cost of our bill was around $10,000.00. Our dentist was SHOCKED and said he would not send patients there as it was very expensive. AFTER they were paid in full (immediately after visit ) They said they would send the bill for the procedure to the insurance company. Aflac /Aetna sent them the check. When I asked the insurance as to WHY they sent THEM a check the Insurance company stated that they had "clicked " that box. Why would a company ask to get the check when they had already been paid in full. I just received my check today , almost TWO months after it was sent by the Insurance company. Almost TWO months of calling them asking "where is my check and WHY was it sent to them.
