  I've applied for so many positions that are within my experience. & I never hear from them. At this point, I think these positions are fake and posted to collect data.

  I moved to Houston not even 3 months ago and I reached out to Robert Half to find work. It was very complicated to get set up with a recruiter and if you were able to be set up with one, they would talk to you once and never reach out or talk to you again. I understood that it was hard to talk on the phone to every person that called, so I took to online submissions pretty quickly. After submitting online, I would reach out to the receptionist to get the email address to reach out to the recruiter, which I did get responses sometimes that way. However, when I would get a response, most of the time, they already submitted their chosen people to the hiring manager for the roles and I would have to wait to see if the client would like to see anyone else (which was very rare). Something to note, after calling to get the emails of the recruiters I needed to reach out to it only irritated the receptionist at this location (other locations were fine with it) and she made it a point to let it be known that it irritated her and potentially the other recruiters. I had to explain to her that I was unemployed and looking for work. I told her that I have followed all of the processes they had given me and I'm still not getting called in for any interviews much less reached out to by any recruiters. She would transfer me to a recruiter to talk to for that moment, but I would never hear from them again even though they would say they would follow up with me. I have worked with this company in other states and this was by far the worst experience I have had with a Robert Half. I understand the job market is overcrowded. I understand that the recruiters can't call every single person who is calling in for a job or following up on a job that they didn't get, but to not have someone or even a department available to handle this disparity between job seekers and the recruiters is really not okay. Luckily I have found work through another agency, so I'm not posting this because I still need assistance, but moreso to let you know about my experience.

  Nobody ever returns your calls. No staff on-site either.

  They never answer their calls and never at their desk. Y’all got the easiest job in the world and y’all can’t call the people you’re working with back??

  Eloy is the worst! He called my moms phone bugging her whenever I didn't answer! (I hadn't even started working yet!!!) ...He only gave me about 2 minutes to call back before he would bother her!!!! I only used her as an emergency contact.... so I don't understand why he would call her!!! And Alyssa would call me about a job opportunity and say she was going to send my resume but would not follow up with me on if the client wanted to hire me or not! Apply if you want to waste your time!
