  Called them to ask a few questions, but the lady answering the phones was not helpful. Spoke in short sentences - and did not explain the process well at all. She seemed more annoyed that I called.

  I been working for Roberthalf for years in New Jersey. But Houston office is the most terrible office. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I called them DAILY for straight 3 weeks. I was always sent to voicemail. I left around 15 voicemails and no one cared to even call back. I sent email to EMILIE IBSOE and again no reply. OFFICE MANAGER, DAVID NGUYEN, told me to send my resume to him. AND GUESS WHAT?. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH IT AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME.

  This is the worst location ever. In Webster TX. They do not return no phone calls nor emails. You are better off going to another agency.

  I was referred to this place by a family member who instantly gained employment through Office Team, so I had high hopes. I went in for my consultation/interview, gave them my resume, and did all of the testing and scored better than average. I was on the docket with them for nearly two years and they never once got me an interview or any type of work. They would call and say they had a few prospects lined up for me but not once (even after following up via telephone, leaving messages and or emailing) did they ever get me set up for an interview or temp/perm work with anyone. My resume is extensive in the aerospace industry and I have a plethora of clerical and administrative skills with over 20 years of experience in supporting executive level management. One would think I would at least be given an interview. I finally called to remove myself from their system and their "call list" and expressed my disdain as well. I found a job on my own and left Office Team far behind. I've heard of other temp agencies gaining as many clients as possible and not following through, so it's no surprise to me now.
