- NRNicole RidgwayJan 16, 20261.0Beware if you use this service for the big glass bottles, they are often out of stock and often not picked up so you rack up costs because every bottle has a deposit. My mom has accumulated 12 big heavy empty 2.5 gallon glass bottles because they have not picked them up. I called with her on Tuesday and was assured Primo were on the their way and would take the bottles despite what the web site said about being out of water. No show again! It’s okay if they ran out of water again, but they must take these bottles, and should be telling her a valid status. I was trying to figure out if they are correctly refunding her deposits, it’s not clear. The bottles take up a lot of room. I offered to take the bottles to the facility myself but they say they will come get them. If they stand her up a third time in a row or only take a few of these empty bottles I’m going to try to convince her to cancel service and cut her losses before this gets any worse. We have to stop the accumulation of empties and deposits.
