Kaylan Perry went far above her call of duty sending a large package. She was extremely helpful in packaging the goods that needed to be sent. Thanks to Kaylan for her personal assistance and exercising patience in doing so!!

Kaykin handled me with the upmost respect and urgency. She was able to provide services for me at a last minute notice and in such a quick time for the pickup provider to grab my package! I will be back! Didnt know such a gem was down the street from me!

Last month, I received an unexpected opportunity to attend a conference and had less than a week to create business cards and branded merchandise for a new project I was preparing to launch. The PostNet team at the 43rd Street location handled the design, printing, and fulfillment in record time. I appreciate this staff so much. In a time when genuine customer service feels almost impossible to find, they are consistently knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always go above and beyond for their customers. This situation had a lot of moving parts and an incredibly tight timeline. Honestly, I wasn’t sure it was even possible, but they assured me they could make it happen — and they did. If you need copies, printing, passport photos, shipping, t‑shirts, posters, or anything similar, let them help you. You will not be sorry.

This PostNet store is amazing- They do everything. I recently learned that they do document shredding. Andrea helped me today by carefully and professionally notarizing multiple documents for me, then making copies, and finally scanning and emailing a copy to me.
