5 stars. Platinum Drivers made a very strong first impression on me. Hailey S. was professional, respectful, honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand my Class A CDL background, heavy-equipment hauling experience, and what I’m looking for in my next opportunity instead of treating me like just another application. I especially appreciated how straightforward she was about the process and what to expect. Communication was clear, the interview process was organized, and the follow-up through Driver Pulse was quick. I appreciate dealing with people who understand the trucking industry and respect a driver’s experience. I’d definitely recommend Platinum Drivers to other CDL drivers looking for work.

1-Star Review: Completely Unprofessional and Unhelpful
Please don’t waste your time going here. I applied a month and a half ago, and I have been waiting on them to help me secure employment. The last time I spoke with Mrs. Haley, she explicitly confirmed that they had everything needed to move forward with my placement process.
When I called back today, she claimed she was brand new to the office, didn't recognize my information, and acted like she wasn't the exact person I had been communicating with all along. Once I reminded her of our history and she finally remembered who I was, she falsely claimed that I had failed a drug test with them—something completely untrue, as I have never taken a drug test for this company.
When I called out that lie, she changed her story again, claiming another company told her I was enrolled in a SAP program. If that was going to disqualify me, why wouldn't you state that policy upfront? I never would have wasted my time or driven 40 minutes out of my way to apply.
This facility is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and is not actually interested in helping people get back to work. Save yourself the drive and look elsewhere.

Platinum Driver assigned me a job where I was hired permanently. Easy staff to reach out in case of need. It really works for me to work with them.

Great staff! It took about a week to contact me after online application, but they found me a decent paying position in about a week! I would use them again, if needed.
