    O Stars For The TIDWELL LOCATION..THEY HELLA Hood And NOT PROFESIONAL..THEY ONLY OPEN FROM 9-11 AM WHAT KINDA BUSINESS IS THEY RUNNING..? THE BLACK GIRLS BE VERY RUDE..COME ON MANN LETS HELP PEOPLE FIND JOBS..DO BETTER PEOPLEREADY..DO BETTER FOR THE COMMUNITY. THIS IS NOT PROFESIONAL!!!!!

    First of all look at your rating that should tell you a lot about this company especially on West Tidwell and the other one because everything I'm saying is the truth and nothing's ever going to change so go ahead and read on. Like I said I can write a book on all the Shady stuff that go on behind the scenes! They're still doing private calls to workers that they are friends & family with, & giving them the best, high paying, long lasting jobs. It's messed up because some of them have been there longer & their either family or friends with the workers which I have to literally hear it from them when were working together, & a lot of them have felonies on their record, unlike me/others, and have been to prison unlike me/others. The point is, it isn't fair that the staff can actually keep getting away with this!! I'm like how are you getting these jobs that are a week long or more, so they tell me that tue staff actually calls my phone. Yes, I know if a customer asks for you specifically, they will call you & ask if you want to go back. THIS ISN'T WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!! THEY call their phones before it's even released on the app & get a 1-2 week job. That's great money that other people don't ever get a chance to see it on the app. I'm staring at a blank screen all day and you don't have too? He says nope, I got it like that. That's not right & totally unfair that they are making money for a week to 2 weeks, that's a great paycheck. You're going to tell me that's fair? That's how they've always been for the past 15 years or more it's not fair and everybody needs money, but for the staff to fo shady stuff like this is totally unacceptable, AND biased that they get called to see if they want to do this or these jobs, yes jobs that are days and weeks later..... I'm in shock & he even put it on speaker phone to prove it and I was just, I didn't, I was speechless!!!! Without anyone knowing and putting it on the app. This is totally ridiculous, and also letting them go to jobs where they need a background & drug test & I have the same thing on mine as a background & drug test & don't have a felony & can pass a drug test!!!! They're going out to these jobs that actually require the exact same thing I need & am qualified for. These easy jobs are $22 or more, but because their friends, family or very close in person, etc.... All this other stuff it's ridiculous TRUE BLUE needs to step in, this is totally unfair that they pick whoever/Whenever they want to do the high paying jobs & first dips on jobs before they even go on the app!!! I have a 5 star rating & this is how a lot of us are treated!!! THIS IS totally unfair, totally against the missions statement, Against All rights, against morals, racism, & I can continue on & on & on!!!! It totally needs to be looked at internally because it's not right as I work next to people sometimes & they even tell me I don't have to go on the screen because they actually call me to see if I want to do this or that job. It just blows my mind that when he calls and puts it on speaker that they actually are checking to see the upcoming jobs and ask him if he's available and they give it to him I'm just shocked. BUT it's still like this even after TRUE BLUE took over! So many people need money, but they're doing stuff like this, MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE!! It's all about favoritism, it'll never stop! This is ridiculous, & totally unfair when I hear this from other workers & then you have the other people that have to stare at A BLANK SCREEN ALL DAY WHILE SHADY STUFF GOES ON BEIND THE SCENES!!!. Totally, I can't even, it's just so upsetting I can WRITE ALL THIS, and ALL they will do as they are reading this will sit back & laugh bc they don't care and I know that! it'll never change. Whatever, I really hope TRUE BLUE does something to the STAFF because we need ALL WHOLE NEW STAFF that aren't biased. I can WRITE a whole book on how things are done here & how other workers are treated like royalty, even though they have multiple felonies & been in prison, & A lot of us don't!!

    Tray and Jay were a huge help during my visit to the staffing agency. They both had excellent customer service, were very friendly, patient, and didn’t mind answering any questions or helping me get started with the process. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Unfortunately, Tay came in extremely rude and tried to kick me and another person out, claiming they were closed when they weren’t. She even stated she was ready to eat and take her wig off, which was very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior when dealing with people who are simply trying to get assistance and employment. No customer should be treated that way or made to feel like a burden for asking for help. Thankfully, Tray intervened, informed her that she was still helping us, allowed us to stay, and even apologized on her behalf. Other than that situation, the other two ladies (Tray/Jay) were a big help and handled everything professionally.

    At the Tidwell location, Trey and Jay were the best in helping me and my friend get started and signed up fast. However Taye was very rude and unprofessional she walked inside the branch in the middle of Trey and Jay helping us trying to get us to leave because she was trying to close the office before hours but luckily Trey and Jay spoke up and told her no we’re helping them and that we were almost done!

    It was a distinct pleasure to be assisted by Ms. Janice and Ms. Tye today. Their exceptional support in efficiently uploading and verifying my information within the system, and subsequently identifying immediate employment opportunities, is greatly appreciated. My visit to the office today has proven to be exceptionally beneficial!!! I'm FOREVER GRATEFUL 🙏🏽
