  Had reservations for an early dinner. They came out with a lunch menu and a regular menu. I handed them my President Club card. And the waitress did not even know what it was... She said ok oh wow... I see her go to several others servers and they all looked clueless. The waitress came back and handed me my card and we ordered. The crab cake 6oz.. was pretty good. My wife ordered the Bourbon glazed salmon and I ordered the lunch special house salad and the fish+shrimp. Never was asked about sides or what dressing on a house salad. The waitress came back with a seasonal salad and it already came with lemon vinaigrette and alot of onions.. not that good... Definitely not a HOUSE SALAD... then came the Salmon and it had so much glaze the salmon had NO FLAVOR just sugary sweet compose. My fish came and it was 3 small pieces no shrimp and a pound of fried onions and a little bit of fries that tasted like the onions... I DONT LIKE ONIONS. but they never stated the side..and NO SHRIMP WERE FOUND... Wife stated the fish was so sweet it over whelmed everything else on the plate. I dont like arguing, making a scene, nor will I ask a thousand questions.. I put my thoughts in writing hoping that management reads this and makes changes. The worse part is when I told her I would like to use 50.00 dollars of my rewards towards the meal. She asked for the reward card again, and I questioned why would she need to swipe my reward card if it has been a custom for MANAGEMENT to scan and hand me my card back...which didn't happen. So she called another waiter and he said I didn't have rewards.. I looked.at him opened my app and saw enough to pay. I handed him my card agian and then he came back and apologized and stated oh wow you have a lot of rewards. Yes especially if I eat out everyday of a year. Bill was paid I left a 15% tip because they were kind and thats why I gave them 3 stars. Landrys in Galveston you are not up to standards compared to all the other Landrys locations I visit. NOT A HAPPY LANDRYS PRESIDENT MEMBER VIP CLUB!!!! GOD BLESS WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Food: 2/5 | Service: 3/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

  I have been at Chart House restaurant in Portland, which is a restaurant owned by Landry's lnc. The Valet damaged the bumper of my car when he was trying to park it. Then I have been told to contact the claims department at Landry's to get a reimbursement but it was supper difficult to reach someone to talk to. No one replied to my emails until about a week later. I was told the process will take a very long time. Since then I have not heard from them. Can't be reached the employee who is responsible about my claim either by email or phone number. It has been about five weeks and I still didn't get any words of when I am going to receive the payments to fix my car!
