At Hands of Healing Child Placing Agency, we provide services to individuals and families who have a desire to become a Foster Parent. As a Foster Parent, you will provide care to a child who is a “ward” of the state and in desperate need of love, support and structure. We also provide adoption services to individuals interested in adoption. With both fostering and adoption, we assist with all required paperwork, training, and ensure that each home is suitable to accept children and aligned with state standards. We are licensed by the state of Texas, and adhere to all state standards, including reimbursement rates, which all foster parents are entitled to.
