  Terrible experience overall. The transaction was handled in a very slow and hands-off manner from start to finish. The escrow officer was disorganized and lacked the level of competence we expect in a closing process. There were delays in funding, and the closing agent struggled to clearly explain key items to our buyers, which created unnecessary confusion. Communication was also very poor—there was little to no proactive outreach to us as the realtors throughout the process. This made what should have been a smooth closing far more difficult than necessary. I would strongly hesitate to work with this title company again and would not recommend them to others.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Vanessa and Lynn. Their professionalism throughout the entire process was truly outstanding. They were responsive, detail-oriented, and consistently ensured that everything stayed on track from start to finish. Their communication was clear and timely, and they handled every situation with patience and expertise. I truly appreciate their dedication and look forward to working with them again in the future.   Our wonderful realtor who has been extremely patient with us these last few months, has been working with this company for many, many years, which is how we found out about this establishment. We recently closed on our home and speaking of which, we were able to close on the house in less than two weeks with Lynn. Me being nearly a thousand miles away from the home we purchased less than a month ago, having had additional documents to sign, which meant me flying back to the area sooner than later, Van made the process smooth as a sailing sea. From communicating with me via e-mail, text, call, she was responsive and was able to schedule an appointment in less than 24-hours. Very pleased with their professionalism, diligent work, and fabulous team who made all things possible in such short notice.
