  If you have a package/envelope getting delivered from this office and it doesn't get delivered. Make sure you check your cameras if you have them. They've been putting "Incorrect Adress" because according to them they can't find the address. I can see the driver on my camera just passing by my house not even slowing down to look for my house, and I live in a dead end rd. And now i have to wait or go pick it up myself. Plus they have google maps to check address, this is the perfect example of a company that's dont want to take accountability for their employees actions. At the end FedEx got paid, the delivery driver is going to get paid, and im going to have to waste my time, money and gas to pick it up myself???? Because the delivery driver didn't want to do her job???? No wonder fedex is going down in ratings and popularity.

  I had an important package that needed to be delivered next day, so the shipper paid for overnight shipping. The next day it says my package will be delivered by 5pm. I am standing outside from 5-5:30pm to recieve a notification that "Delivery was attempted, but address is incorrect". I have had hundreds of packages delivered from FedEx and never had this problem. My address was correct. I have spoken with 9 different FedEx customer service representatives 3 being "supervisors". 1 person from the escalation team told me the packaged was returning to the shipping facility and would be the first package delivered next day. That did not happen either. I still do not have my package and no one has been able to help me. I call this Shipping Facility and no one answers the phone, they just immediately send me to the review survey which they received all 1's because 0 was not an option.

  We paid extra for 2-day shipping and expected our package to arrive on Thursday. It was marked “Out for Delivery,” but later that day we received a notification stating, “Package not delivered/not attempted.” We waited again on Friday—nothing. We eventually learned that our package had never even made it onto a delivery truck. We decided to go to the FedEx station in person to get some answers. I want to make it very clear that Ms. Janee and her coworker were AMAZING. They did everything they could to help locate our package and kept us updated throughout the process. There were approximately 10 other customers there dealing with similar issues, so this was clearly not an isolated incident. Ms. Janee repeatedly told us that someone from management would come down to speak with everyone. We waited for TWO HOURS, and no manager ever came out. David Horn and Brennan Magnusson apparently could not be bothered to face a room full of frustrated customers and explain what was happening. That is an unacceptable lack of accountability from management. FedEx seriously needs to reevaluate the management team at this location. When multiple customers are experiencing the same delivery failures and management refuses to even come out and address the situation, there is clearly a problem with leadership and logistics. Five stars for Ms. Janee and her coworker—they handled an incredibly frustrating situation with professionalism and genuinely tried to help. Management, however, deserves zero.

  They have some of the most incompetent people working at this location. How much of an idiot do you have to be to put a package here. Where you can clearly see it from the street. There is an ENTIRE covered porch not even 12 INCHES away from this pillar. Now my documents are floating around somewhere and my identity could be stolen.

  this fedex facility was very helpful for me as I had some documents that i was sending over to South Korea and the two ladies there helped me tremendously. It did take some time, but they were detailed and diligent in making sure my package got to the right place. I very much appreciate them going beyond the norm to make sure the address was right.
