  Customer service here was very nice and friendly and helpful with surprise me because generally speaking FedEx service sucks and it's a real hassle to get your package but I can't speak for all times and days but the folks that were on duty at this time were very polite and helpful and I appreciate them because they made a frustrating experience a lot better

  The thing FedEx is consistent at is they always deliver late. Package was scheduled for Fri delivery, then pushed to sat, now scheduled for Monday. No bad weather, no strikes just consistently shitty service. When will it go out of business? UPDATE - Was supposed to be delivered Monday (today), it has been sitting in Cypress for 2 days. Called fedex, Walter said it was delayed because it had to be re-labeled????? I have been getting updates daily so they know where its supposed to go. A mule wagon could have delivered my package quicker.

  Had a problem with important pkg getting delivered to local Walgreens. Contacted FedEx and couple hours later received phone call from Joyce letting me know my package was found and at facility. Joyce has to be the most pleasant, kindest customer service person I have ever dealt with. Was able to meet her when I went to pick up package and not only thanked her for doing her job so well but letting her know how extremely pleased I was to have opportunity to deal with such a pleasant person. So many companies would be honored to have her as an employee. Please go above and beyond for Joyce and give her the commendation she so well deserves!!
