His attention to detail is much appreciated! I can’t brag on him enough! Thank you all for your hard work!

The self serve kiosk keeps having the same issue for me, refusing to print and when I ask for help they charge me for "full service" and then are so rude when I try to ask about what my options are. Why is it so difficult to do simple print jobs or even just get some help?

I then waited over 10 minutes for assistance, was redirected to another associate who never arrived, and ultimately had to return to the counter and wait again. I had to explain the issue multiple times, with no clear ownership taken. The manager was aware of the situation but did not step in, and communication from staff—particularly the manager—was condescending and unprofessional. After more than 25 minutes spent on a simple task, I requested a refund, which was initially processed incorrectly, causing further delay. Overall, poor service coordination, lack of accountability, and unprofessional.
