  Me atendió una trabajadora llamada Kendra me trató despotamente, racista al máximo porque solo hablo español me hizo caras feas me dejó en medio de la máquina sin asistirme no recomiendo para nada este sitio te hacen sentir de la peor manera

  After spending $400 in shipping, the lady said I had to buy tape to retape one of the boxes (small) that wasn’t tapped very well. Unbelievable. Using UPS going forward.

  The man who works at this store is named Jesse; he has graying hair and speaks Spanish, but he isn't friendly at all. He serves customers with a terrible attitude—the same way he treats his coworker. If they don't like their job, they’d be better off just staying home and sleeping.

  PATHETIC SERVICE, unhelpful staff. I was charged a service fee because the FedEx self-service machine displayed an error. If the machine malfunctions, that's a FedEx equipment issue—not a customer mistake. Charging customers extra to fix a problem caused by your own machine is unacceptable. Alajha/ Customer service should have waived the fee instead of making me pay for an error I didn't cause. Very disappointing experience.

  I’m retired and don’t do much downloading, email or print stuf. So when absolutely necessary I stop into FedEx. I THOUGHT the above was part of THEIR JOB!!!! I am Not Stupid and i DON’T Appreciate their CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE. They make u feel like a child who didn’t read the assignment!!! I WILL NOT RETURN to this site!!!! And you KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO WITH THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. Actually it should be NEGATIVE STARS.
