  If you come to this location, please avoid asking questions to the short lady. She has major attitude issues. If I’m coming here for the first time and I have questions, you should be able to help without a problem. But with her, she initially started talking rude, somebody needs to help her check her attitude towards customers coming for service.

  Big shout out to Josh. One of the most kindest and amazing human being I have met. He was above and beyond and the perfect employee Fed Ex can have. This was so far the best experience at any Fed Ex location I personally have had.

  We came in with a same-day printing job that we genuinely needed done today, and Josh made it happen without hesitation. He was professional, patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing walked us through our options and got the job turned around fast. That kind of customer service is rare. If you need printing done right and done on time, ask for Josh. He's the reason we'll be coming back to this location. Highly recommend.

  I want to recognize Josh at FedEx for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond by staying late to make sure our company had everything we needed to continue operating efficiently. He never rushed us and made sure every detail was taken care of before we left. Employees like Josh are the reason businesses like ours continue to choose FedEx. His professionalism, dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to put customers first are becoming harder to find, and he represents the company exceptionally well.
