  When I arrived to collect my package, they were unable to locate it. What was even more concerning was that the employee assisting me appeared unsure of the proper procedure. He actually took me next door to the Panera Bread location and asked their employees if they had seen or received my package. At that point, I did not fully understand what was happening, but it became clear that they did not know where the package was or how to properly handle the situation. Later, based on the tracking information available to me, it appears that my package may have been released to another individual. This shipment was marked as requiring identification and should not have been released without verifying the recipient's ID. I do not make this accusation lightly, but based on the circumstances, I believe there is a possibility that my package was stolen at that FedEx location.

  The staff there is excellent; Mr. Malcolm was a great help with some business cards I wanted to print—he is a very professional and kind person. Thank you very much!

  A FedEx Office location should maintain accurate posted hours and provide a definite reopening time when temporarily closed. This location did neither, causing unnecessary inconvenience and a wasted trip. The store was marked “Open” on the exterior signage and online, but was closed when I arrived. A handwritten “Closed for Lunch” sign did not provide a return time, despite stating a one-hour closure, and remained posted for more than an hour. Multiple customers had no way of knowing when the store would reopen either. The staff here are usually helpful, so this was very unfortunate. The corporate office number said store feedback could not be done online or over the phone, but should be done in person with the local manager.
