  I went to return some equipment to AT&T. I arrived within 10 minutes of closing time. There was no wait. The nice staff lady only needed my account number. The whole process was quick and easy.

  Niya provided exceptional customer service! I dropped off a Keds return without realizing that the shoebox needed to be placed inside additional packaging. Niya took the time to look into the return requirements, called me to explain the issue, and then arranged to have it properly packaged as a one-time courtesy. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to make an inconvenient return much easier. Thank you, Niya!

  This location is great! Nita and Rocky helped my wife and I with a return right before closing and they both had great attitudes and were very helpful. Very refreshing to have people go the extra mile for you…seems like a lost art these days but these two are keeping it alive!

  I just had a great experience at the FedEx office and shipping center. I came there to drop off a package and I was greeted by Tonya. She assisted me with taping up my package and asked me if I needed anything else. Of course she was doing her job but her interaction with me felt very genuine and I can appreciate that. Thank you for great service today!
