  I was at DHL and was getting a quote to ship out an item to Japan. Camilo was super helpful in guiding me through how should I go about shipping the item. Ultimately I ended up shipping with DHL from the Dairy Ashford location.

  I’ve been to several DHL locations before, and unfortunately, the service at some of them was far from professional. However, my experience with Camilo at the DHL location on Dairy Ashford was completely different—and by far the best I've had. Camilo was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and detail-oriented. He got me in and out in less than five minutes while making sure everything was handled correctly. I especially appreciated that he carefully reviewed all the shipping information with me and even showed me the screen to verify that every detail was accurate before completing the transaction. The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I was also very pleased with the pricing. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Camilo truly went above and beyond.
